About the Course

The Workshop will focus primarily on what the feet and leg need to be able to do in order to run EFFECTIVELY in minimalist shoes or barefoot.

Each participant will take part in tests to establish base line values for balance, coordination, mobilit, stability and strength to figure out where they would need to improve and why that could be afffecting their running technique.
