Due to contnuing demand as of 2024 we will be regularly visiting AIO gym in Vienna to do satelite clinics.

 

We will only be offering the full package of a Biomehcanical Analysis and Technique Training so that the clients we will be working with will be clients that are motivated to make a change and/or improve their running speed or economy.

• The Block will run for 8 weeks and within these 8 weeks the client must complete the 6 sessions (Biomechanical Analysis + 5 Sessions). 

• After this 8 weeks and an entirely new block will begin.

• Session times for the full block will remain the same time each week.

• Limited single sessions will be available to clients who have already completed the Running Technique Programme.

• Biomechanical Analysis - €100 (60 Mins)

• 5 x Technique Sesions - €345 (55 mins x 5)
